MARKETING… LOVE IT OR HATE IT!


Marketing, Love it or hate, you must do it. because having a great brand is one thing, but we all know that we have to market our businesses if we are going to be successful. Marketing isn’t what it use to be on many levels and yet some old school ways still apply. 

For many of us, we hear the word “marketing” and we think pushy, sales-y, slick and ick. But like branding marketing’s root wasn’t so malice. Marketing really was like dating - well at least when it came to Mom and Pop shops. Marketing was going the extra mile for your client. Remembering their likes and dislikes. And taking a genuine interest in their life and well being. 

Hopefully not too much has changed, but with the advent of AI and the push to all things automation. Removing the human element out of your marketing is the advice of the gurus. And that always bodes well for humanity in every science fiction movie ever made (NOT!).
